Return and refund policy

At Infinara, we’re committed to creating jewelry that reflects your unique style. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange process is designed to be smooth and stress-free.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that customized products, gift cards, and promotional/free items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, simply reach out to us at support@infinara.in with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a shipping service with tracking. After we receive the item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once the item passes inspection. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item doesn’t meet our return conditions, we may decline the refund or return the item to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 3-5 days of delivery. Please include photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Haven’t Received Your Refund?
